1. Arrival: A Volvo representative will greet you at the airport or ferry terminal and drive you to the Factory Delivery Center. You are the guest of honor and your day of unique atmosphere, service and excitement has just begun.
2. Check-in: Once at the home of Volvo you are welcomed by english-speaking staff. Light refreshments are available and you will have time to relax and enjoy the exclusive state-of-the-art facilities.
3. Delivery: When the big moment comes your personal delivery specialist will assist you all the way. First a quick review of the necessary documentation, then it´s time to familiarize yourself with your new Volvo in a stylish showroom setting.
4. Lunch: Be Volvo´s guest! For a first taste of Sweden, enjoy the famous meatballs (Köttbullar).
5. Factory-Tour:Visit the birthplace of your Volvo. To let you experience the care and quality that goes into creating your new car, we offer english-speaking tours of the factory*** 
6. Departure: We provide you with maps, driving instructions and other assistance you may need. You will also have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of attractive accessories at special prices. Take also the opportunity to visit beautiful Sweden! If you like begin it with a visit at the Volvo Museum - close to the Volvo delivery centre. It´s worth more then one visit!
